1. What is your Returns/Refund policy?
My Poker Room Supplies is dedicated to providing our customers with the finest products and service. Should the situation arise that a purchase needs to be returned, please review the following information.
We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We encourage you to exchange or return anything you’re not 100% satisfied with. We back all of our products with a lifetime money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied beyond your expectations with your purchase FOR ANY REASON you may return it in its original condition for a full refund (or exchange) less shipping charges. It’s that simple.
2. What is your Returns Policy for damaged/defected goods?
My Poker Room Supplies makes every effort to secure all packages, but sometimes merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping or found to be defective upon delivery should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Contact us and we will arrange pickup, return and replacement. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
Important note for Freight Deliveries:
If you delivery is made by a freight company you MUST check your order before signing the delivery docket. Any damage or incorrect deliveries MUST be noted on the delivery slip. We accept no responsibility for incorrect or damaged deliveries by freight companies if this is not adhered to.
3. What if I am not satisfied?
We want all our customers to be 110% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund less shipping charges - this is our lifetime guarantee. Please call our toll free number for return authorization. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Returns for customized orders can unfortunately not be accepted.
4. What if my item is not in stock or is on Back order?
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain adequate inventory of each product, occasionally we may run out of a certain item. In this event, we will give you the date our supplier expects the item to reach us. We will then offer you the following choices: canceling the out-of-stock item from your order, authorizing us to send you a partial order, or holding up your order until we receive the item in question. If you choose the partial shipment option, we will send the missing item to you at no additional freight charge. Please remember to call us for return authorization before returning any merchandise. 5. How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
Orders usually ship between 24-48 hours - although we use the best shipping options available this is normally with US Postal Service, UPS Ground shipping, or ABF Freight
Please note that orders received after 1 pm are counted as the next day.
*During periods of high volume, such as the holiday season, please allow 3-4 days for an order to ship.
Actual delivery dates are dependent on your exact location and the type of shipping you selected - this can vary between 1 and 5 days after shipping - see map at top of page which provides a guide.
Please note that Saturday or Sunday delivery is unfortunately NOT available.
