PURCHASE & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Special Orders / Made-to-Order Products

Customer agrees to pre-pay for one or more special order product(s), therefore payment is made in full upon order, and the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Products will be made specifically for the customer, therefore cannot be easily re-sold. All Jack Daniels merchandise is classed as a special order and must be pre-paid in full at the time of order.

Stock Items Cancellation is permitted if we are notified 24 hours prior to shipment - bearing in mind that the majority of our products ship next business day. After the product ships, it can be returned in their original packaging for a refund customer being responsible for original (even if free shipping offered) as well as return freight costs. Refund only issued after product arrives and is inspected. Only products with a pre approved return authorization (RMA) will be accepted for return.

Back Ordered Stock Items Customer agrees to pre-pay to reserve incoming back ordered products. Back ordered products can be cancelled prior to shipment. If the product has shipped, normal return policy for stock items applies.

Regarding Delays The customer agrees not to hold My Poker Room Supplies responsible for vendor production, shipping or other delays. Every effort will be made to ship the product as soon as possible, notifications of delays will be made to the customer if available. On special order or made-to-order products delays of 2-3 weeks can occur for above reasons. Customer agrees a delay does not constitute a right to refund or cancel.

Price Policy Customer agrees the invoice price is the final sale price. The only promotions, price-matching, or other discounts that this sale is eligible for are those already included in the original invoice. No further discounts are permitted.
